Zulah is a Canadian incense brand based in Markham, Ontario, offering hand-dipped incense sticks made in Sri Lanka. Founded by Indi in 2020, Zulah creates incense for daily rituals such as morning routines, meditation, and evening wind-downs.

What are Zulah incense sticks made of?

They're made from joss powder (a natural binder from tree bark), wood powder, and a small amount of charcoal on a bamboo stick, then hand-dipped in fragrance oil compliant with IFRA standards. They contain no animal or petroleum by-products.

Is Zulah incense vegan?

Yes. Zulah incense is vegan, contains no animal by-products, and is cruelty-free with no animal testing.

How long does a Zulah incense stick burn?

A standard Zulah luxury incense stick burns for about one hour. Giant luxury sticks burn for up to three hours.

Is Zulah ethically made?

Zulah is committed to fair work practices and a zero-child-labour policy. Production supports more than 300 small villages in Sri Lanka.
