Refund policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on new, unused items as long as they are not customized, or personalized. Keep and use all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs ($5+ usually). If the item is not returned in its original, new condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Please contact me immediately (hello@zulah.ca) if you have any problems or want changes to your order - I can't promise you'll get to us in time (we're fast!), but we will try our best to accommodate you!
